AdmiralCloud Medienwelt · Make it yours.
Same media. Different tasks.
Your custom DAM interface
AdmiralCloud Medienwelt is a custom media interface built on your central DAM – for the tasks your teams, agencies and partners need to complete.
Together, we combine suitable capabilities, workflows and your brand design. So each audience gets an interface that fits the way they work.

One library, three perspectives
What needs to get done?
An agency supplies an image. Marketing reviews it. Sales uses the approved version. The same media library, with different views and actions.
Schematic examples, not a working product demo. We develop your Medienwelt together. No files are uploaded and no approvals are triggered here.

These examples illustrate possible workflows. We agree the capabilities, access and process steps of your Medienwelt based on your requirements, technical feasibility and available licences.
Your solution brief
One task. A useful starting point.
What should become easier first? Choose a task and your perspective. Get a brief to guide the conversation, without providing contact details or jumping to a package recommendation.
Example: Find existing media
Marketing & communications wants to make better use of existing material.
- Describe an existing search workflow.
- Compare metadata, filters and AI-assisted search using an example.
- Review usage rights and editorial quality together.
The interactive selection requires JavaScript. This example remains available without it. Scope and licences need to be agreed together.

Questions to clarify together
How to assess an initial success
Generated from your choices using fixed rules. No commitment on capabilities, pricing, timing or licences. Nothing is sent to AdmiralCloud.
Make it yours.
Your logo is just the beginning.
Medienwelt is more than a branded portal. We design the journey from the first view to the completed task.
Your audience.
Agencies contribute content differently from the way sales teams use it. Navigation, views and actions follow the task at hand.
Your workflow.
Uploads, metadata, review or distribution: we connect the steps you need, rather than exposing every capability by default.
Your identity.
Brand design and user experience belong together. The result is an interface that fits your brand and the way your team works.
The foundation stays central
A custom interface. Not a second DAM.
AdmiralCloud centrally manages media, metadata, rights, versions and workflows. Your Medienwelt uses this foundation, making suitable capabilities accessible through the headless architecture.
Roles, access and integrations are defined for your use case. A custom interface does not replace rights checks or the required platform licences.

Not just talking about it. Working on it.
Your team knows the task. AdmiralCloud Solution Engineering works with you to turn it into a functioning application, with agreed reviews of a running version.
Define the first task
We clarify the audience, initial process, licences and dependencies. A useful starting point rather than an unmanageable wish list.
Build together
A Solution Engineer develops the agreed user journey. Your team sees progress, gives feedback and sets priorities.
Review and hand over
We review the commissioned scope together and agree acceptance and rollout. Further steps are planned deliberately.
Solution Engineering is responsible for implementation. Customer Success supports onboarding and adoption. Scope, timelines and extensions are agreed for each project.
The right way into your media
Media library, PressArea or Medienwelt?
Not every task needs a custom application. What matters is what your audience needs to do with the media.
Media library
Make media accessible, searchable and available in a gallery or portal. Already customisable and suitable for many portal tasks.
Explore the media libraryPressArea
Provide a selected media kit via a link. For press contacts, projects or other recipients of a specific selection.
Explore PressAreaMedienwelt
Develop a distinct user journey for an audience or process. Connect suitable capabilities, views and steps on the DAM, together.
Good to know before we start.
Who is Medienwelt for?
Organisations whose teams, agencies, partners or locations share a media library but need different interfaces and workflows. Together, we assess whether existing capabilities are sufficient or a custom interface is the right fit.
Do we need to build an interface ourselves?
No. Your team contributes goals, requirements and feedback. AdmiralCloud Solution Engineering develops the agreed solution with you. Medienwelt is not a self-service or no-code builder.
Which DAM capabilities can be included?
Examples include search, collections, uploads, metadata editing, review and downloads. The audience, technical feasibility, and available and licensed capabilities determine the scope. Not every capability is automatically part of every project.
Do three role views mean three Medienwelt applications?
Not automatically. Different roles can be part of one application with a shared structure. A separate application with its own user journey is considered individually. We clarify this when defining the project scope.
How are effort and costs structured?
Platform licences and resources, setup and custom development, and ongoing operation are considered separately. New capabilities or user journeys are not automatically part of ongoing maintenance. You receive an offer for the agreed scope; this page does not promise a flat price or delivery date.
Can SSO, custom domains or integrations be included?
These requirements are assessed technically and in terms of licensing, and considered in the offer. Complex identity models, migrations and external dependencies require separate qualification.
Let’s start with a task.
